Refund Policy

At Happy Bug Academy, we are committed to providing consistent and quality educational services for all our students. As part of our policy, we do offer multiple opportunities to reschedule missed sessions. We value your commitment and will work diligently to offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.


1. Rescheduling Missed Sessions
We may collect the following types of information:

  1. If a student misses a session, we offer the opportunity to reschedule. Please reach out to our support team to arrange a new date for the missed class within the availability of the instructor. At this time, we do not refund for any missed sessions.

Late Cancellations
We use the information we collect to:

  1. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Full fees will be charged if a session is not canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. This is to accommodate our teacher’s schedule and to offer other students an opportunity if a spot becomes available.
  2. Non-Reschedulable: Sessions canceled within 48 hours of the start time cannot be rescheduled.
